From a few loose tiles to a full resurfacing and remodel, Redzone Pools brings tired pools back to life across Cypress and the Greater Houston area. No job is too small — and no pool is too far gone.
Not every pool needs a full rebuild. Sometimes it's a handful of loose waterline tiles. Sometimes the plaster has finally given up after fifteen Texas summers. And sometimes a pool has sat neglected so long the owner assumes it's a teardown — when it isn't.
Redzone Pools takes on the whole range. We'll happily come out for a small tile repair, and we'll just as happily take on a complete remodel with new plaster, new tile, new coping and fresh decking. You get the same licensed, insured crew and the same straight answer either way: here's what it actually needs, here's what it doesn't, and here's what it costs.
Every remodel starts with an honest look at what you've got. We'll tell you if a repair will hold — because recommending work you don't need is a fast way to lose a customer for good.
Every photo below is a real Redzone Pools job — no stock images, no staging.
Loose, cracked or missing waterline tile is one of the most common calls we get — and one of the cheapest things to fix before it turns into something worse. Water getting behind failing tile works away at the bond beam, so a small tile job today routinely saves a much bigger repair later. We match your existing tile where we can, or help you pick a new one if you'd rather change the look.

Plaster doesn't last forever. Once it starts staining, roughing up underfoot or showing bare patches, no amount of brushing and chemicals will bring it back — the surface itself is worn out. We drain the pool, strip the old surface, and lay a fresh finish that's smooth to the touch and clean to the eye. It's the single biggest visual change you can make to an older pool.

This one had been sitting for a long time — green water, cracked deck, dated brick coping and plaster well past saving. The owners thought it was finished. It wasn't. New plaster, new waterline tile, new coping and a brand new deck later, it's the best-looking thing in the backyard. If you've got a pool you've written off, let us take a look before you fill it in.

Most remodels are some combination of the following. We'll walk your pool and tell you which ones it actually needs.
Replacing loose, cracked or dated tile — matched to your existing line or switched to a new look.
A fresh interior finish that's smooth underfoot and clean to look at, from standard plaster to upgraded surfaces.
New coping and deck work to replace cracked, stained or dated concrete around the pool's edge.
A remodel is the cheapest moment in a pool's life to deal with everything else. The water's already down, the deck's already open, and the crew's already on site.
If your pump is on its last legs, your lights are still old incandescent bulbs, or you've been thinking about automation — doing it during the remodel costs a fraction of doing it as a separate call later. We handle equipment repair, LED lighting and automation, and heaters in-house, so it's one crew and one conversation.
